Gilead recently started on an exciting journey to develop and integrate supply chain capabilities to improve visibility and performance. Early focus was on process development, followed by software selection. Niall has fulfilled various Manufacturing and Supply Chain roles in Life Sciences over the past 20 years, with a particular focus on Process Improvement and Site Start-up. Niall joined Gilead in 2008 has been the Global ‘Plan to Make’ business lead since 2011. He reports into Global Supply Chain and is leading Gilead’s multi-year Integrated Supply Chain Program.
